[NEohioPAL] Harmony Players-OPEN AUDITIONS for "Kimberly Akimbo"

The Harmony Players will hold open auditions for the comedy "Kimberly Akimbo" on November 4 and 5 at 7:00 at The Harmony Spot, 1227 North Main Street in North Canton, OH 44720.  "Kimberly Akimbo" is by David Lindsay-Abaire, Pulitzer Prize winner for his play "Rabbit Hole". 
       Edward Kuntzman is the director. 
       Kimberly is a sixteen-year-old living with her hypochondriac mother, a rarely sober father, a scam-artist aunt, and a disease that ages her body 4 1/2 times faster than normal.  Accepting her own mortality, Kimberly must face the most terrifying challenge of all: first love. 
       Please note: the challenging role of 16-year-old Kimberly is played by a 70-year-old actress.  The roles of the mother, aunt, and father are ages 30-50.  The male student is age 16-18.
       "Kimberly Akimbo" contains strong adult language.
       Performances are January 4-6, 11-13, 2008 at The Harmony Spot. 
       The Harmony Players is North Canton's newest dinner theater and performance troupe.
