‘WE GOTTA BINGO’—extended through February 3
	A free-wheeling, interactive, mostly adlibbed
experience, filled with playing Bingo, polka music
(what else?), dancing, being dragged up on stage to
participate in shenanigans, and winning prizes such as
a fake stuffed turkey or a used sweater or sitting on
a throne if you are lucky enough to actually achieve a
bingo.

	With comedy that defies the barriers of language and
culture, it's no wonder Avner was recently inducted
into the International Clown Hall of Fame.

	Broadway's smash-hit 2004 Tony Award winner for BEST
MUSICAL, BEST SCORE and BEST BOOK.  A show full of
heart about trying to make it in NYC with big dreams

GROUNDWORKS DANCETHEATER—January 25 and 26
The acclaimed Cleveland based company brings dance to
the Westfield Insurance Studio Theatre at the Idea
Center at Playhouse Square.  Special guest artists.
Solaris Wind Quintet, will perform the music of
Leonard Bernstein as a feature of Artistic Director
David Shimotakahara’s duet “Know.” These performances
continue GroundWorks Landmarks Series which has taken
its dance to historically or architecturally
significant locations throughout the region. 

‘THE VERY HUNGRY CATERPILLAR AND OTHER ERIC CARLE
FAVORITES’—January 19 
Eric Carle’s Very Hungry Caterpillar, Little Cloud and
Mixed-Up Chameleon spring to life on stage through the
colorful black light puppetry of the Mermaid Theatre
of Nova Scotia.  This show, with its imaginative
language and memorable imagery, is not to be missed.

‘RAIN: The Beatles Experience’—January 24-26 
 	There are other tribute acts who respectfully
attempt to replicate a subset of Beatles music, but
only ‘RAIN’ can perform the full range of Beatles
discography live onstage, including the most complex
and challenging songs that the Beatles themselves
recorded in studios but never performed for an
audience.

‘WICKED’—February 2-March 9
 	Long before that girl from Kansas arrives in
Munchkinland, two girls meet in the land of Oz.  A
return engagement of the show which has sold out in
its area showings.

Band and Clatter 
‘THIS IS HOW IT GOES’--:  March 14 - April 12, 2008
Author:  Neil La Bute (writer of ‘FAT PIG’)
	Directed by Fred Sternfeld, the play is an
exploration of the myriad ways in which the wild card
of race is played by both blacks and whites.  Produced
at The Bang and the Clatter's new venue at 210 Euclid
Ave, Cleveland.
