Since 2002, *Progressive Arts Alliance (PAA)* has been exciting students 
with dynamic arts-in-education programming. PAA's mission is to provide 
experiences in the contemporary arts that stimulate critical thinking 
and promote progressive thought. Much of PAA's educational mission 
centers around utilizing the popular arts as a compelling educational tool.

PAA is currently seeking an energetic, hard-working, and enthusiastic 
team player to fill its *Program Manage*r position.

PAA's Program Manager position offers an exciting opportunity for anyone 
interested in working in a creative and dynamic grassroots, nonprofit 
arts-in-education environment. PAA is seeking a creative individual to 
manage, expand, and evaluate existing programs, and to design, develop, 
and implement new programs for students of all ages. The Program Manager 
will have experience in budget accountability and program evaluation and 
must have strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be 
able to negotiate contracts, meet deadlines, and implement multiple 
projects simultaneously.
