[NEohioPAL] headshot printer - can someone recommend?

We need to create a glossy headshot from one of our artists digital photos and add our logo and contact info at the bottom.

Can someone recommend a good way to go?  Not the most expensive but a good product.  I've done this before at the do-it-yourself kiosks but not sure if they will let me add our business logo.  Thanks!
