Ensemble Theatre 
is seeking an individual to fill its position of
Office Manager.


This person would be familiar with normal office operations, as well as 
particular theatre business operations and box office procedures. 
Responsibilities include maintaining theatre files and archives, 
correspondence with actors, designers, actors unions and 
play royalties services. Computer literacy with Word, Excel
email services, and general internet experience is required. 

The individual would also assist in grant writing, general correspondence,
season programming schedules, brochure and program presentation
and  Outreach Program marketing efforts.Availabilty in close proximity to play 
performances and rehearsals is desirable. A season schedule and
dates is posted on our website. 

This is a part-time position, approximately 15 hours per week
