Hi Everybody,
 
Listserve.com has informed me that from 10:00pm, February 27  to 3:00am, 
February 28 the system will be down for an upgrade to the  software.  
 
During these hours please do not send any postings.  If you  do, the posting 
may be lost and never make it to the queue.
 
Also, the archives will not be viewable during these hours, and may  take up 
to one day to reappear.
