[NEohioPAL] Readers & Director Needed for "Lucasville: The Untold Story of a Prison Uprising"

Readers and a director are needed for three staged readings of "Lucasville:The UntoldStory of a Prison Uprising" by Staughton Lynd, Gary Anderson and Christopher Fidram.  There are parts for prisoners, guards, hostages, state troopers, reporters, and prison officials.  We need a director to help coordinate the many roles in this fairly complex script.  
   
  The rehearsals will be Sat., 3/29/08 and Sat., 4/5/08, 1:30 to 3:00 pm on both dates at Trinity Cathedral at 22nd and Euclid Ave, Cleveland.
   
  Two of the presentations will be Friday, April 11, 7:30 pm at C-Space community center at 44th and Clark Ave., Cleveland and Saturday, April 12, 7:30 pm at Lil Africa Plaza community center at 6818 Superior Ave., Cleveland.  In addition, the play will be filmed as part of a public access TV show.
   
  This event is being sponsored by the Cleveland Lucasville five Defense Committee to commemorate the uprising in the prison in Lucasville, OH fifteen years ago.  Staged readings of the play will be occuring on college campuses and in several other cities around Ohio at the same time.
