Is seeking 2 Stage Managers!
For this Summer's Productions of:
AristoCats & Go, Dog. Go!

Both Shows rehearse at the same time & Stage Managers may partner if desired.

"AristoCats"
Cast of 20
Cast members are between the ages of 7 & 15
This production is a Musical with choreography
The Stage Manager will be training backstage volunteers

"Go, Dog. Go!" 
Cast of 12
Cast members are between the ages of 7 & 15
This production has music and a LOT of movement
This production has special effects
The Stage Manager will be training backstage volunteers

Responsibilities of a Stage Manager at Weathervane include:
Working with the production's Director, a Stage Manager at Weathervane is expected to: run rehearsals; distribute information to the theater and other production areas; keep a Production Book; train backstage volunteers on the show; call and run the production once it opens.

Schedule information

Rehearsals will start on Monday, June 2nd through Thursday, June 5th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Starting Sunday, June 8th, rehearsals are scheduled Sundays through Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
 
" TECH WEEK" Rehearsals are as follows. 

Please be aware that ALL technical rehearsals are MANDATORY. Conflicts of any kind are not accepted this week.

                                        Monday, July 21 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.     Tech 1
                                        Tuesday, July 22 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.     Tech 2
                                        Wednesday, July 23 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.     Tech 3
                                        Thursday, July 24 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.     Tech 4

The Production Runs 14 performances: July 25 ~ August 10, 2008.

Sunday, July 27 3:30 p.m.
