Hey Dancers & Friends, 

Come down to Tremont tomorrow and dance your hearts out at the Open Studio hosted by MegLouise Dance at Studio 11 (2337 W 11th Street; Cleveland, OH 44113).  There is no charge for those who join, but donations to the studio are encouraged.  There will be a directed warm-up at 8pm and dancing until 10pm.  

Also, check out the Intermediate Modern Dance Class on Saturdays from 2:30 - 4:00pm.  Its the perfect class for dance teachers, professionals and other adults that like a challenge.  This week, as a special treat, Sara Whale will be teaching the Saturday technique class.  Read more about Sara in her bio below.

Sara Whale attended the Julliard School before joining Ram Island Dance and the Maine State Ballet where she performed, taught and choreographed for both Portland, ME based companies. During her career she has performed works by Charles Weidman, George Balanchine, Linda MacArthur Meile, Randy James, Daniel McCusker, Jeff Duncan, Dan Wagoner, Buffy Miller and Doug Varone. She has been the recipient of grants for choreographic and educational development in dance from the Maine Community Foundation, Maine Arts Commission, The Libra Foundation and The King Foundation. She recently received a BFA in Graphic Design from Pacific Northwest College of Art and is currently working with MegLouise Dance in Cleveland.
