SEEKING EXPERIMENTAL CHOREOGRAPHY SUBMISSIONS

Northest Ohio area choreographers are invited to submit choreography for the June 14th Sneak Reviews Event at Parish Hall in Cleveland, OH. Dances at any stage of development are welcome from experienced and emerging choreographers. There is no charge to participate. Choreographers receive feedback on their work from community members and area professionals. Interested artists should contact Megan Pitcher by phone, (616) 502-1019 or email, meglouisedance at yahoo.com for more information.

MegLouise Dance gives Northeast Ohio residents an intimate look into the delicate art of dance making. Now in its second year, the series presents new dance works in intimate community settings. Artists, colleagues and community members are invited to watch the performances and participate in short discussions of the dances. The process draws art enthusiasts into the process of dance making and provides a space for the exchange of choreographic ideas between dance professionals. The events are more relaxed than traditional theatrical productions.

Past presenters include Kora Radella (of Double Edge Dance), Sara Morrison (of Morrison Dance), Carly Dorman (of Dancing Wheels), Megan Pitcher (of MegLouise Dance), Amy Notley, Carla Monzo, Shenee King, Maree ReMalia, Kalindi Stockton, Sara Whale, Caroline Kappel, Laura Swedenborg, Larry Muha, Colleen Clark, Laura Chapman and many others.

Feel free to call or email if you have questions about the Sneak Reviews Series or other MegLouise Dance projects.
