A new arts, culture and entertainment website for the Northeast Ohio lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community has launched.

Spangle Magazine (found at http://www.spanglemagazine.com) is dedicated to covering artists and events in the region through its particular queer and irreverent style. The site includes feature stories, blogs, photo galleries, city guides and an events calendar spanning theater, music, visual art, nightlife, sports and more.

Editor Brian Thornton is a former employee of the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland and Cleveland Pride, and has volunteered with a number of arts organizations, including Cleveland Public Theatre and the Beck Center. To contact him, e-mail editor at spanglemagazine.com.
