Brecksville Center for the Arts invites you to view our newest exhibit: 
 
The Spirit of Special People 
The month-long Gallery exhibit showcases beautiful works of art created under the umbrella of the Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities. The exhibit includes painting, mixed media, fabric, pottery and 2 dimensional works. The majority of the art works, as well as boxed art cards, are for sale. 28 pieces of art are currently on display. The exhibit is free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:30 - 4 pm. HeArtworks is a nonprofit art center founded to promote the ability of Cuyahoga County citizens with physical and mental disabilities and is located in the Galleria. Their mission is to nurture involvement in arts and culture, providing opportunities for people to create, learn and communicate ideas while encouraging self expression. HeArtworks enlivens the creative spirit. 
 
 
Brecksville Center for the Arts is a 501C3 organization offering education in the fine, applied and performing arts.  Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30 am – 4 pm. BCA is open to all Ohio residents.
