Genocide, the deliberate and systematic destruction of an ethnic,
racial, religious or national group, happened during the Holocaust and
has happened too often since, most recently in Darfur, Sudan.  See
Cleveland's contribution to Tents of Hope, a one-year project in support
of Darfur on display at the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage July 15-27.

These are actual 8 x 10 tents, sponsored by organizations from several
faiths and the arts community, decorated as expressions of support for
