[NEohioPAL] Vocalists and woodwind players needed for community performance of Handel's Messiah in Canton

Vocalists and woodwind instrumentalists are needed for a community chorus
and woodwind orchestra to perfom Handel's Messiah. The chorus and
orchestra are open to anyone who wishes to perform this masterpiece, and
no auditions will be required except for those wishing to audition for a
solo. This work has been orchestrated for a woodwind orchestra to
accompany the chorus. We will be performing the entire oratorio, not just
the "Christmas portion". Rehearsals will be held on Saturday afternoons,
beginning on September 13. The performances will be on Friday, Dec 5 and
Saturday Dec 6 at 7:00 PM and also on Sunday Dec 7 at 4:00 PM. All
rehearsals and performances will be held at First Church of the
Resurrection, 901 E Tuscarawas St in Canton. Interested persons should

groups.
