Hello,

I'm writing to you all, because someone in this online community always has the inside expert scoop on anything happening on the Cleveland scene.

I'm currently scoping the area for loft space or a condo (currently renting in Canton, OH, after having moved from NYC.) Do you have any insight about certain up and coming neighborhoods I should explore with a thriving pedestrian center or a just burgeoning arts scene...you know, somewhere that would feel like Park Slope or Tribeca before those areas became uber expensive?  Better yet, would any of you know of any building developments currently in the works where a deal could still be had, or any  re-habbed building slated for residential loft space that hasn't been listed on the market yet? Would love to hear any suggestions.

On another matter, someone had posted a notice on this site about a support group that would meet downtown to discuss all the nitty gritty about buying loft space in Cleveland. I deleted and trashed my e-mail by accident. I would really appreciate it if anyone could forward any information pertaining to that message to my e-mail at scottmudra at Yahoo.com.

Thanks so much! This list really makes life in the 'burbs bearable.

                                                                                                            Regards,

                                                                                                            Haiyen Mudra
