AUDITIONS FOR: RATZ! The Flute Tooter of Stow                                                              

DIRECTOR: Charlie Johnson

PRODUCTION DATES:  Dec. 4,5,6,12,13,14 (Saturdays 2 matinees)

CAST: 10 adult men; 8 adult women; 2 teen females; 1 teen male; 10 youngsters (male and female)

TYPE OF AUDITION: Auditions will be readings from the script with group singing.

AUDITION DATES:  Sunday October 12 & Monday October 13 at 7:00 pm.

LOCATION:  Stow Safety Building behind City Hall

THE SHOW: is based on the Pied Piper story.  This one hour play is set in the village of Stow in the early 1800's.  Havoc reigns as the villagers are plagued by RATZ! Only after a stranger arrives and puts the rats to flight by means of his magical flute can the people have peace once more. The youngsters will be the Ratz and some may become village children later in the show. Lines generally are brief and are mostly in rhyme.  Because of this, rehearsal requirements will be minimal.  This is an excellent opportunity for adults and their children to perform in the same play,  Any questions please call Charlie at 330-929-9696.
