Beginning Yoga
When: Saturday, November 22nd at 2:00pm
Where: The Medina Library in Medina, Ohio
Cost: Free!
Who: Yoga Instructor Diana Sidley, RYT
What: Join us and learn the basics of yoga. Please wear loose comfortable clothes and bring a sweatshirt or something to cover up with during the relaxation portion.  You'll also need to provide either a yoga mat or towel.
