[NEohioPAL] Keep Government out of the Arts

Artists should be free to create regardless of an expectation of funding.
No censorship.

Individuals should support the arts.  Corporations should support the arts.
Government should support the arts.  Foundations and other concentrations of
wealth should support the arts.  Nonprofit organizations should support the
arts. The arts make for a better society, so the whole society and all of
its sectors should support the arts.
