I forgot to say: This is an excellent setting for folks who need to furnish a home on a budget.  If you find a quarter on the street and show up at my door with it, you can leave with a treasure.

Also, just this morning, some fleamarketeers and eBayers I know personally told me (unsolicitedly) that everything is reasonably priced.
