[NEohioPAL] Theater Ninjas seeking actor for "Heddatron"

Theater Ninjas announce auditions for their upcoming production of  
"Heddatron" by Elizabeth Meriweather.

A pregnant housewife is abducted by robots and taken to the rainforest  
and forced to perform Hedda Gabler by her robot captors. Meanwhile,  
her family is back home in Michigan trying to find her, and Henrik  
Ibsen is in Norway attempting to write Hedda Gabler, as Strindberg  
taunts him. A hilarious and savage journey to freedom.

This will be the only play on Cleveland stages this season that  
includes humans and robots singing "Total Eclipse of the Heart".

Seriously.

ROLES NEEDED
2 males, 30-50, to play:

CUBBY GORDON - figuratively or literally mustachioed, wear rings, has  
been overseas in the "shipping" industry...
AUGUST STRINDBERG - brilliant, sexy, John Wayne-like. If only there  
were cowboys in Sweden...

All auditions will be at the Cleveland Play House, Rehearsal Hall B.

Wednesday, February 25 from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M.


Please prepare a 2-3 minute contemporary monologue (preferably  
tragicomic), a resume, and current headshot. Auditioners must reserve

Positions include a modest stipend.

Rehearsals begin March 16.
Heddatron runs from April 17 - May 3
