[NEohioPAL] Question?

Hi, my kids are new to the business and just trying to start out right.  They have taken some acting and modeling classes.  We signed up to take head shots with a photographer but with money being tight we had to cancel.  Photographer refused to give us deposit back and we were wondering if there is anything that you know that we could do about it?
