Join Yoga and Fitness Teacher, Deanna Black and UNPLUG in beautiful Costa Rica for a week of Yoga, Surfing, Pilates, Water Aerobics, and Adventure! This all inclusive retreat will be catered to the outdoor adventure enthusiast. That could mean:
          ~Escape the rat race & everyday grind and challenge yourself in a new jungle! 
          ~Kick start a healthy new fitness routine!
          ~Nap the afternoon away in a hammock! 
 
The Yoga and Beginner / Intermediate Surf Package includes: 
•           Airport transfers from the San Jose airport 
•           Five surf lessons led by our nationally ranked staff
Usually 2-3 hours for any age or experience level, as long as you can swim.
Includes board rental, leash during lesson time 
Instruction in pool, on beach and in water 
•           Daily yoga and meditation
·              Afternoon Fun & Leisure: reading, water aerobics, hammock napping
Extra Fun (additional charge): canopy tours, horseback riding, mountain biking, massage, taxi to Jaco (typically around $3-5) for lunch, shopping, Internet café, etc.  
·              Full Costa Rican breakfast  & dinner daily
•           Explore one of Costa Rica’s beautiful national parks with Vista Guapa’s naturalist guide. 
•           Air-conditioned accommodations with a hammock and ocean view
