[NEohioPAL] FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Auditions are set for Spotlight on Youth Program

[North Canton Playhouse]

The North Canton Playhouse Spotlight on Youth program will hold auditions for the 2009-2010 Repertory Company Tuesday, May 19th, 2009 at 6:00pm at the North Canton Playhouse. (525 7th St. NE North Canton, OH) on the campus of Hoover High School. This company presents live dramatic presentations in schools during the school day.
 
Needed are actors / actresses ages 14 and up (including young adults). Topics covered in these educational prevention dramas are domestic violence, substance abuse, conflict resolution, school violence to name a few. Actors will be compensated for their services and must be able to perform during the school day.
 
This program gives teens the opportunity to present valuable life saving information to their peers and is considered a valuable community service project as well.
