Join us for a night of great song - cabaret style - as Helen Welch & Trio
showcase music by Carole King, Paul Simon, Stephen Sondheim and Billy Joel
as well as Arlen, Berlin, Gershwin, Kern, Hart and Torme.  Songs made famous
by Barbra Streisand, Harry Connick and Burt Bacharach will also be featured.

 

Born and raised in England, singer, song-writer and actress Helen Welch
currently makes her home in Northeast Ohio, where she appears at celebrated
establishments Nighttown and the Bop Stop. Her signature style entertains
audiences in Cleveland, Columbus, Akron and Youngstown, Ohio, and Warren and
Erie PA, and she performs with groups as notable as The Cleveland Orchestra,
Blossom Festival Orchestra, Cleveland Jazz Orchestra, Cleveland Pops, Akron
Symphony Orchestra and Columbus Jazz Orchestra.  Ms. Welch will perform with
her trio featuring Dan Murphy on piano, Bryan Thomas on bass and Mark Gonder
on drums.
