Audition Notice for GUTENBERG!  THE MUSICAL!
 
GUTENBERG!  THE MUSICAL! is the hilarious two-man musical spoof in which a
pair of aspiring writers perform a backers¹ audition for their new project‹a
big, splashy musical about printing press inventor Johann Gutenberg.  With
an unending supply of enthusiasm, Bud and Doug sing all the songs and play
all the parts in their silly historical epic, with the hope that one of the
producers in attendance will give them a Broadway contract‹filling their

Seeking 2 very unique and creative men, 20s-40s, playing multiple
characters.  Must sing well and be very comfortable breaking the fourth wall
and interacting with the audience.  Improv skills a plus.
 
Please prepare an up tempo, Broadway/musical theatre song and bring sheet
music in your key.
 
Readings will be from the script.
