[NEohioPAL] Sheet Music for "More" from Dick Tracy

Does anyone have a copy of the sheet music to the song "More" from Dick Tracy that has the introduction on it?

 

All the copies I can find all start with the "Got my diamonds, got my yacht" section.

 

I'm looking for the beginning part that starts "Once upon a time I had plenty of nothing...."

 

I've tried a bunch of on-line places, etc. already and was hoping someone might have it out there already.
