[NEohioPAL] Casting Call for Student Films: 6/23, 4-6pm

Virginia Marti College of Art and Design's Digital Media students will be
producing their short films this summer and will begin casting on Tuesday,
June 23rd from 4pm to 6pm at the VMCAD campus (11724 Detroit Avenue,
Lakewood).

These films will be submitted to an array of festivals (previous films have
been featured at the Los Angeles International Shorts Fest, Ohio Independent
Film Fest, Geauga Film Fest, and Battle of the Films).

Please bring head shots and resumes.

Below is the list of films and the associated roles:
Film One: Rue Whispers - Harrison is haunted by his past. While trying to
escape this he comes to a realization of what secrets he's been repressing.

Casting for:

   - Harrison - Male, 23-28, Average build, 5'5"-6' Introverted bar fly,
   keeps to himself, is torment by his own mind and past mistakes. Doesn't care
   much for his appearance, sloppy and scruffy.
   - Dead Man - Male, 23-28, Slim-Average build, 5'5"-6' Drunk man who just
   happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
   - Bartender - Male, 30-35, Average build, 5'8"-6'2" Owner of the bar in
   which the story takes place.


Film Two: Words of Prey - Two longtime friends, Rick and Kevin, write a
movie script and decide sell it for money. Along comes Nikki who wants the
money all to herself. She tries to plot these two friends against each other
with seduction and greed.

Casting for:

   - 1 Male = Rick Wunderle -  age 25-30 Average Build 5’5”-6’ An introvert,
   stay at home kind of guy. Would rather be on the computer instead of going
   out. Rick is a traveling photographer who lives job to job. A college
   dropout, though he is smarter than most give him credit for. Money would
   help Rick relax and live just a bit more comfortably.
