[NEohioPAL] Looking for banjo (the instrument) and a banjo teacher

Hi, Everyone:

Lately, I've been thinking of learning banjo this fall and winter. Can
anyone recommend a teacher? And I'm looking for recommendations for finding
a good student instrument.
