[NEohioPAL] Aladdin audition

Carnation City Players announces auditions for Disney's Aladdin, Jr. by Jim Luigs, Alan Menken, Howard Ashman and Tim Rice. Auditions will be held at the Firehouse Theatre, 450 East Market St. Alliance, Ohio. Performance dates are Oct. 9-11 and 16-18. The Friday night performances may be rescheduled. Audition dates are Sunday, Aug. 16, 2-4 pm and Monday Aug. 17, 6-8 pm. Callbacks will be Aug.18 at 6 pm. Auditioners must be ages 7-18 and available for all 6 performances. Rehearsals run 3-6 evenings a week (depending on the role and week). Bring a small photo (which CCP will not return).  Auditioners should prepare a 1 minute song that can be sung to a CD or an accompanist will be available. If using a CD, please be sure that it is an accompaniment CD. Please do not sing along with the artist. There are many roles available-Aladdin, Genie, Jasmine, Narrators, Guards, Iago, Jafar, Princes, Sultan, Townspeople, etc.  The director is Don
