Please be advised that I have just received word from Mary Ruth Lynn, director of our upcoming musical, ALL SHOOK UP, that she is extending auditions for the production, and will be seeing people on Monday night beginning at 7 p.m. I aplogize for the abruptness of this, but I'm sending the news as quickly as I got it. The Youngstown Playhouse will hold final auditions for the upcoming production of ALL SHOOK UP, a "hip swiveling musical fantasty" featuring the music of Elvis Presley, Monday, August 17 at 7 p.m. at the theatre, 600 Playhouse Lane.



The story concerns a guitar- playing rebel who roars into a "square" little town, and changes everything and everyone he meets.



Director, Mary Ruth Lynn, needa a cast comprised of males and females 16 years and up, and adults of all ages. Those auditioning will be asked to sing, demonstrate the ability to follow simple choreography, and will read from the script. Performances will take place on weekends at the end of September and beginning of October. For further information, call the box office at (330) 788-8739.
