Awards in Philadelphia and Hollywood.
 

   

Documentary film, Tiny Tears, wins first place
at the Philadelphia Independent Film Festival June 25 - 28 and receives Honorable Mention at the West Hollywood Film Festival August 8, 2009. 



Twin composers, Andrew and
 Jared
DePolo of Olmsted Falls Ohio are credited as lead music coordinators and composers for the award winning film, Tiny Tears, directed by Robert Corna and narrated by actor Danny Glover. Tiny Tears explores
the AIDS epidemic and how it impacts children living and dying from
the disease.  The film, which premiered at the United Nations, focuses on the lives of children dealing with
this fatal disease in Thailand, Uganda, Brazil and the United States of America.  The DePolo twins compiled a unique
blend of cultural sounds showcasing thematic elements found in each country.
From Thailand’s notorious red light district,
to the plains of Africa, the music captures the heart of each culture.  

   

Most music composers work on their own, but
these two work together producing something with twice the amount of creativity
and passion. Recently featured in Cleveland Magazine,  DePolo Twin Composers are contagiously growing in popularity as they continue creating music for film, advertising and entertainment. To
