Saturday, September 12, 9 a.m. - Musical guest and speaker at "Bloom Where You Are Planted," a program by women for women, at the Wellington Room of the Elyria Holiday Inn (1825 Lorain Blvd., Elyria), 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Also speaking are Sue Jordan (www.http://www.liveitwell.net), R.N. and certified fitness instructor ("Sowing Seeds of Fitness Equals a Harvest of Wellness") and Phyllis Molnar, nutritionist ("You Can Bloom Inside and Out with the Right Foods"). Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Tickets are $15 and include a continental breakfast, interactive program, plated luncheon, and vendor exhibits including arts & crafts, homemade goods, etc. To register, send your name, address, and phone number, along with your check for $15 (payable to "Bloom Where You Are Planted") to Bloom Registration, 127 Wisconsin Cir., Elyria, OH 44035. 

Sunday, September 27, 7 p.m. - Opening for Jason and deMarco (see below) (http://www.jasonanddemarco.com) at Franklin Circle Christian Church (http://www.franklincirclechurch.org), 1688 Fulton Rd., Cleveland, OH (216-781-8232). Tickets are $10, available in advance at the FCCC office M-F, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. or by sending a check to: Jason & deMarco In Concert, Franklin Circle Christian Church, c/o Pastor Allen Harris, 1688 Fulton Rd., Cleveland, OH 44113-3096. (write "Jason & deMarco concert" on the memo line.)
