 Huntington Playhouse Audition and Show Opening Updates 
 
Huntington Playhouse will hold auditions for the holiday classic, “It’s A Wonderful Life”.  Auditions will be held at the theatre on Monday, Sept. 21st and Tuesday, Sept. 22nd  at 7:30 PM.  The Production opens November 27th and plays through December 20th.  Dale Hruska will direct.
 
The director will be casting 2 Boys aged 8-13, 2 Girls aged 6-12, 9 Men, and 9 Women.  Adult Characters age 10+ years during course of show (except Clarence). At least 2 Men & 2 Women need to be able to portray 18-32 age range.  At least 3 Men & 3 Women need to be able to portray 45+. Ages of remaining ault characters are flexible but must be at least 18. Smaller parts will be doubled.
 
No appointments are necessary. There are no Equity contracts for this production. The audition will consist of readings from the script.  
 
Also the comedy" Laughing Stock" which takes a comical backstage look at a New England summer theatre as they try to mount productions of "Charley's Aunt", "Dracula", and "Hamlet" oprens on Sept. 17th and plays thru Oct. 4th.
