HELLO EVERYONE!
Did you miss us?  We skipped a week to see if anyone was paying attention??? But....we're BACKKKKKKKKKKKK now!!  So here goes!!

If you missed the Georgie's Award Banquet last week, your loss!!  We had a blast....Masquerade Ball and all!!  The Awards Committee did an outstanding job coordinating the evening, keeping the whole event under three hours.

UPDATES ON SHOWS: 

MONSTER IN THE CLOSET ....Opening This Thursday Evening at 7:30 pm in the YOUTH THEATRE for a two weekend run....call the office for exact dates and times...330-494-1613.

NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD ........in rehearsal...yikes, those zombies are scary already!! Opens Oct. 23 for a two weekend run.

FUNERAL FOR A GANGSTER.....in rehearsal and going strong!
at this time, 25 actors are involved in this fundraiser event...more details to follow soon!!
Date:  Saturday Oct. 3lst at 5:30 is when the fun begins!! Location: Fieldcrest Lodge on 55th street. Tickets are $35 and include the buffet, the Murder Mystery and a whole evening of gambling, dance hall girls and gangsters as we take you back in time to a Speakeasy in l928 (located in North Canton, of course).  Come on down and see if you can figure out WHO DONE IT!!!    And.............................if you don't want to go home after the evening ends, come on over to NCP and see the midnight show of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD!!!  Talk about a full fun filled evening??  This would be it!!!

MEETINGS THIS WEEK!!!!!

Wed. Oct. 6 at l:l5 pm at the Youth Theatre......NCP and Heritage Society ARTS Meeting.

Wed. Oct. 7 at 2 pm at the STUDIO theatre....Encore Players....come and join us if you would like to entertain in the community!  Share your talents with others....don't be selfish, they will love the camaraderie!

REVERSE RAFFLE: 
Thursday, Oct. 8 at the Meyers Lake Ballroom....the Coalition for Animal Concerns will have their third annual Reverse Raffle evening, along with a silent auction and some exciting announcements!!
As you know, NCP is a long time sponsor of the Coalition...they will also be attending....tickets are still available by calling Mary at 330-499-6511. The animals appreciate the support, especially in this economy!!
Tickets are $40 and include a buffet and much much more!!  Time is 6 pm.

Two of our members, Bill Brown and Mike Daniels,  are appearing in Canal Fulton in MOON OVER BUFFALO....this very  funny production opens Oct. l6 at 8 pm.

NORMA CAPOCCI received an award in Sept. at the Stark County Board of MRDD's board meeting!  It was an "Amazing Every One" certificate in recognition of "her passion for the performing arts and helping young actors 'shine under the bright lights' for the past l2 years of Camp Jukebox".
CONGRATULATIONS, NORMA!!!!
