CLEANING OUT OUR CLOSETS!!!!

The Ashland University Department of Theatre is cleaning out its closets on Monday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Heritage Room in the Myers Convocation Center.
Items for sale range from .25 to $15 and include a large variety of costumes ideal for Halloween. Highlights include vintage clothing, gowns, cowboy and Indian costumes, colorful medieval clothing and hats, togas, a complete set of harem costumes, and the stripper outfits from the department’s production of “Gypsy.” Other items include bowling shirts, military uniforms, bonnets, animal masks, and much more. Some children’s costumes will also be available.
Proceeds from the sale will help purchase equipment and supplies for the costume shop, enabling the students to improve their costume and craft skills. The sale is on a cash-basis only, so checks and credit cards will not be accepted.
Schools or community theatres who are interested in purchasing in quantity can contact Angelina Herin, Costume Designer, to set up an appointment time on Friday, Oct. 16.
