[NEohioPAL] need mariachi band, cheap

I am writing on behalf of Magnolia Clubhouse, Inc.  We are a non profit
program in University Circle, serving adults with disabilities.  We have
a special event on Nov. 9th for which we need a Mariachi band, but we
cannot pay, or very little for expenses.  If anyone knows anything about
this, please email me or call.
