The Cleveland Museum of Art Film Series presents Departures, directed by Yôjirô Takita, in Morley Lecture Hall on:

This year's Oscar winner for best foreign-language film is a touching tale of an unemployed Japanese cellist who takes a job as Nokanshi or "encoffineer," preparing deceased bodies for their caskets and entry into the next life.
