[NEohioPAL] Dog needs a home

This is for all dog-loving people:

My cousin Jamie (in Beachwood OH) has a 9 year old French Bulldog that she must get rid of because of her mother's allergies.  Jamie (my cousin) is heartbroken about this.  She moved here recently from California, and is trying to find a job and move out of her parents' house.  Meanwhile, Chloe (the dog) is relegated to the garage and Jamiei is beside herself.  I said I would try to help.  Jamie needs a probable temporary home for Chloe.  It might be 4 months; it might be four years if Jamie doesn't find a job and an apartment.  It might be for the rest of the dog's life.  Chloe is up to date on all her shots, etc.  I know Chloe and she is a sweet, quiet dog.  Jamie's mother wants to just drop the dog off at a shelter.  You dog lovers understand why that would shred Jamie's heart.  An additional problem...Chloe doesn't get along with other dogs.  Is there anyone out there who knows someone who could open their heart and their home to help with this heartbreaking situation?

There's not a better bunch of people than us Neohiopal-ers!
