 "So You Want To Be A Star...exploring the dream" is a live discussion
with America's leading authority on young dancers, singers and actors.
A one-time learning & scouting opportunity for kids, teens, young
adults and parents with producer of the new Broadway musical "The Kid
Who Played The Palace". Peter Sklar, Ed. M. Harvard University, will
address the following issues and more:

Your teenage kids need to hear that talent, looks,connections, luck,
desire, perseverance, and all of the other so-called attributes of
success have very little to do with who “makes it” as a dancer,
actress, or singer, and who doesn’t. The lecture is not a discussion
about those things. This lecture is about the role of confidence and
self-worth, discipline and maturity, boyfriends, best friends,
communication with parents, relationships between adolescent girls and
their fathers, eating and nutritional issues, and more- all of which
relates directly to becoming successful in ANY field- including
performing.

Bottom line? Everyone will learn far more than they expect, and…
they'll have fun and…laugh!

Results? Parents should note that my lectures always influence kids to
become more healthy, more confident and happy, more mature and
focused, more disciplined, more realistic, less prone to
self-destructive behavior, and ultimately more successful in whatever
they do with their lives- from grades to working habits to careers.
