*About the Play*

*Buddies Marvin and Lloyd spend a winter’s day in a shanty out on the ice,
talking and singing about life, love, the Green Bay Packers and Leinenkugel
Beer. They also try to hide the bait and the beer from Ernie the Moocher. *

*Lloyd’s wife has left him because he won’t give up his Packers vs. Bears
tickets even though it’s their anniversary. Marvin is looking forward to his
appearance on a local cable fishing show. He’s convinced that, once he’s on
TV, the check-out girl at the Pick ‘N Save, will be willing to go on a date.
