      The Secret Affairs of Mildred Wild

Director Michael Rogan is seeking * five women* and *four men*, ages 
roughly 20-50, for Paul Zindel's /The Secret Affairs of Mildred Wild/.

*Audition Dates:* Monday, January 11 and Tuesday, January 12 at 7:30 PM. 
Auditions at CVLT, 40 River Street, Chagrin Falls in the River Room.

Headshots and acting resumes welcome, but not necessary. We will be 
reading from the script.

*Show Dates:* March 12 - March 27, 2010 (Fridays & Saturdays at 8 PM)

*Plot:* In the tiny living quarters crowded with her forty-year 
collection of movie magazines, Mildred Wild has virtually escaped from 
reality into a dream world conjured up by the movies she has eagerly 
devoured. And when the outside world does intrude, Mildred meets each 
crisis with a hilarious fantasy-scene drawn from her precious lode of 
old movies. As the action moves swiftly ahead to its delightfully 
unpredictable climax, Mildred's life is further complicated by such 
unlikely visitors as a nun, King Kong, and a super efficient TV camera 
crew, all adding to the merriment.

Chagrin Valley Little Theatre is generously funded by Cuyahoga County 
residents through Cuyahoga Arts and Culture and is supported by the Ohio 
Arts Council.
