[NEohioPAL] TrueNorth Symphony Concert Feb. 26/27

The TrueNorth Symphony concert on Friday, Feb. 26 and Saturday, Feb. 27 at
French Creek Nature Center in Sheffield Village will feature the following
works:

 

Leroy Anderson:  Blue Tango, Serenata, Syncopated Clock, Belle of the Ball

Georges Bizet:  Carmen Suite #1

J.S. Bach:  Concerto in C Major for Two Harpsichords

Aaron Copland:  Prairie Night and Celebration from Billy the Kid

          and Hoe-Down from Rodeo

Albert Doppler:  Fantasie Pastorale Hongroise

William Rayer:  In Memory of STS 51L

 

If you would like to participate, please call or email Jim Traxler.  We can
always use more strings, and also have openings for oboe, bass trombone, and
French horn.  An informal audition is required.  We rehearse on Monday
nights at 7:15 at TrueNorth at French Creek Nature Center, 4530 Colorado
Ave. (Rte. 611), Sheffield Village.
