Dear Friends:

Since I have been diagnosed with a rare, incurable illness, I can't do community theatre anymore, but I love to keep in touch with my fellow thespians and try to attend some plays.  

Because I have the rare vasculitis illness Churg Strauss Syndrome (CSS) and because I'm on the Churg Strauss Syndrome Association (CSSA) Board of Directors, I am going to be attending the Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology meeting in New Orleans Feb. 27-Mar 1.  This is an opportunity for me to interact with and educate thousands of doctors about the seriousness of CSS and the need to diagnose it earlier...thereby saving lives.  The CSSA operates on a shoestring and I am struggling financially myself.  If anyone would like to help sponsor this trip for me, please send a small, tax deductible check (marked New Orleans) made out to CSSA, PO Box 671, Southampton MA 01073.
