Our mission is to preserve and celebrate German musical heritage and culture, develop
the musicianship of band members, and foster camaraderie among fellow musicians . . .
and have a lot of fun doing it! Our 30-piece, fully costumed, German brass band is
under the direction of award-winning musician, bandleader, and Grammy nominee Fred
Ziwich.
Admission is free; however, this concert is a fundraiser to support the band as it
travels to Europe this summer on a cultural concert expedition through Germany,
Austria, Slovenia and Croatia. If you can, support the culture and the band with a freewill,
non-tax deductible monetary donation. Enjoy an evening of Gemutlichkeit! Put on
your Lederhosen or Dirndle, your favorite dancing shoes, and bring a friend! PROS’T!
Remember . . . any event is potentially an Oktoberfest! Please consider us if you’re
looking to add a bit of festive German “umpah” music to your gathering.
