North Olmsted Cultural Activities Commission and
Kiwanis Club to host Juried Art & Crafts Festival at Frostville  
Museum,  Request local artist participants


The City of North Olmsted Cultural Activities Commission and The  
Kiwanis Club of North Olmsted will be cosponsoring the North Olmsted  
Juried Arts & Crafts Festival in conjunction with Northcoast  
Promotions Inc which will be held at  the Frostville Museum.  
Frostville Museum is Olmsted Historical Society’s Museum of  
Nineteenth Century Americana and is located in the Rocky River  
Reservation of Cleveland Metroparks (24101 Cedar Point Rd, North  
Olmsted, Ohio).  The  date and hours of the show are Sunday August  
8th between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. All local artists are  
encouraged to submit applications along with photos of representative  
works to be juried and  offered for sale at the show. To date  
approximately 500 artists from the eastern United States have been  
invited to participate.

Jurying will be supervised by members of the North Olmsted Cultural  
Activities Commission. Proceeds will help support the charitable  
programs of the Kiwanis Club of North Olmsted and the Olmsted  
Historical Society.  A prospectus and application may be obtained  
from any Commission or Kiwanis member, by contacting John Kepperley

website (www.north-olmsted.com) or the North Olmsted Kiwanis Club  
website (www.nokiwanis.org). Applications will also be available from  
Tricia Granfors at the North Olmsted City Hall as well as the spring  
functions at the Frostville Museum. Deadline for applications for  
this year’s show is August 2, 2010.
