10 minute CSU student film to be shot in the Cleveland/Elyria area on 16mm color negative film with sync sound March 12th thru March 16th (evenings and weekends) with at least 1 rehearsal.

This short film is a dark comedy about Dracula as he would exist as an average, eastern European immigrant. The story is an introspective look at the mundane life of Dracula as he struggles to make a living by driving a taxi cab and selling human blood to illicit blood banks.

In this 'day in the life', Dracula faces discrimination at a convenient store, lies to his landlord about his rent money, and gets robbed by a patron in his taxi. As a minority, Dracula is discriminated against in his neighborhood, he has a reflection, his hypnotizing charm over women doesn’t exist, he has no castle, and to top it off he sleeps in a twin bed.

This is a Cleveland State University student film with no budget for compensation.

Actors WILL receive on-screen credit, experience with a good crew, a DVD copy of the finished film and a chance to work on well-developed characters.
