[NEohioPAL] Pit Musicians for The Music Man @ ACT

For Immediate Release:

 The Aurora Community Theatre is looking for pit musicians for their upcoming production of The Music Man. Currently, we are looking for 2 Trombone players. Musical experience is expected, and knowledge of the show is preferred.  If you are able to participate with us, please send an email to rdwason121 at yahoo.com, including your full contact information (including address and home/cell numbers) and I will send you a PDF version of your contract. Once it is received, you will receive your score via mail. 

 Once we have our pit contracted, we will set up 2 rehearsal dates (probably a Saturday or Sunday in late March/early April) so that we can have the music ready once Tech Sunday (April 11). Here are important/production dates:

Tech Sunday - Sunday, April 11, Time TBD
Tech Week - Monday - Wednesday, April 12 - 14, Call time TBA
Preview Show - Thursday, April 15, Call @7:30, Curtain @ 8 pm (first performance with live audience)
Performance Dates - Friday and Saturday, April 16 - May 8, Call @ 7:30, Curtain @ 8 pm
                                 Sunday, April 25 AND May 2, Call @ 2:30, Curtain @ 3 pm

Again, if you are able to join us for the final show in the 50th season of ACT, thank you. If not, please let me know if you know any friends/musicians who would be able to work in the pit for our show.
