[NEohioPAL] "Leading Ladies" Audtions at Coach House Theatre

Auditions for Ken Ludwig's farce, Leading Ladies, will be held on Sunday,
March 28 at 5pm, and Monday, March 29 at 7pm, at the theatre.

 

In this hilarious show by the author of Lend Me A Tenor and Moon Over
Buffalo, a pair of down-on-their-luck Shakespearean actors learn of a dying
old lady who plans to leave her fortune to two long-lost English nephews.
They resolve to pass themselves off as her beloved relatives, but when they
learn the relatives aren't nephews, but nieces, their plans change as
drastically as their clothing!   

 

Leading Ladies will run May 13 to June 6, and begin rehearsals approximately
April 7.  Performances are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, and
Sundays at 2:30 pm.  Rehearsals are typically 7-10 pm, Sundays through
Thursdays.

 

Auditioners should come prepared with either a comic monologue, or with a
scene chosen to read from the script.  Scripts will be available at Coach
House.

 

Roles:

 

(4) men, 20's-30's

(2) women, 20's-30's

(1) woman, 70's
