Greetings thespians . and non-thespians, also ~

 

Anybody who wants to experience yoga, freshen up your yoga skills and
sharpen up your body and mind . and all it will cost you is the gas to get
there . my friend and teacher, Marylou, is offering free "freshening up
and/or introduction to yoga classes".  Marylou would also like to call
attention to her new space which she has now turned into an amazing library
and resource center.  Everyone is welcome to please come and check it out.  

 

Marylou is offering the free hatha yoga classes  . from April 1st,  until
August  . Thursday nights  .  at 6:30 pm in Lakewood,  just off I-90 . free
parking  . great instruction . all you have to do is e-mail Marylou  . with
your intention . or call 216-712-7979 . and leave your message.

present time, but would like to be on Marylou's e-mail or mailing list for
future classes or seminars . that's okay too . just email Marylou and sign
up for future events.
