*Mayfield Village**, Ohio* — March 31, 2010 — The Fairmount Performing Arts
Conservatory (FPAC) will present the Ohio Premiere of Linda Daugherty’s
humorous and poignant play, *Eat (It’s Not About Food)*. The play explores
a universal topic – our relationship with food. It also speaks eloquently
about the world of eating disorders, and society’s obsession with food,
weight and body image. This is presented through the eyes of teens and
adults struggling with this epidemic, as well as the causes and warning
signs. The play will be performed by Fairmount Performing Arts Conservatory
in a 12 performance run from April 15 through May 2, at Mayfield Village
Civic Center, Mayfield Village, Ohio.

The Fairmount Performing Arts Conservatory (FPAC) production is
written by Linda

theater credits include performances at The Cleveland Play House, Great
Lakes Theatre Festival and Cain Park, Alexis Floyd, who has appeared at Cain
Park, Karamu, Dobama and The Beck Center. Other cast members are Jordan
